About Us


The owners, Andi and Frieda, were born and educated in Germany and have lived and worked in Switzerland, Great Britain, and Japan as well as in their home country. Andi, a master baker with 29 years of professional experience, started his career working as an apprentice and later as a journeyman in Germany and Switzerland. In January 1995 Andi completed his training as a master baker and received his Master Craftsman's Diploma. His wife Frieda has 18 years of professional experience in the field of administration and management.
